Grand Mercure Apartments Magnetic Island Nelly Bay, Nelly Bay

Our stay was a blend of beautiful views and a few maintenance issues. The apartment was spacious and provided a lovely view, but it could use some updates. The staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to surprise us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. However, the apartment had a few maintenance issues, which detracted from the experience overall.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and close proximity to the ferry terminal and local shops. However, significant issues with safety and room quality left us frustrated. The accommodations we received didn't match our expectations, and the lack of proper maintenance was disappointing. Overall, while the views and location are great, we encountered several problems that affected our stay.

I had a great time on my family vacation. The location is perfectly situated right next to the ferry, making it incredibly convenient for our travels. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-presented, with a lovely kitchen that was fully equipped. The kids absolutely loved the infinity pool, and we even enjoyed watching wallabies right outside our balcony. However, some aspects could use improvement, such as the tired facilities and lack of essentials in the apartment. Overall, it was a memorable experience with some room for enhancement.
